We felt so welcome. We arrived at 3pm to find everything ready including lovely decorations (it was New Year), a welcome from Annie and all the food ordered from Sauced Here already in the fridge and pantry, plus wine in place ordered by our son. The house was wonderfully spacious. We were a party of 17 with 5 children and the bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms lovely, the kitchen spacious and ideal for cooking eating and chatting. In addition the dining room was ideal for our big celebratory dinner and the games and sitting room much used and appreciated.

My friends and I came for a long weekend in the Peak District at Burrs Farm Limited, we were blown away with the standard of this large house and facilities. The house was very spacious, well furnished, and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. The large kitchen was one of the highlights, with a large country table, and Aga, the patio doors opening onto a wonderful tidy garden area. We will be back.
